Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Track Style website, your communications with Track Style, and the automotive services we provide. By using our website, requesting a quote, scheduling an appointment, or authorizing services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Track Style provides automotive restyling, customization, and protection services, including:
- Vehicle wraps
- Commercial and fleet wraps
- Paint protection film
- Window tinting
- Ceramic coatings
- Chrome deletes
- Related automotive appearance and protection services
Services are subject to availability and may require an appointment, deposit, signed estimate, design approval, or separate service agreement.
2. Quotes and Estimates
Quotes and estimates are based on the information available when they are prepared.
Pricing may change if:
- The vehicle differs from the information provided
- Additional labor or materials are required
- Hidden damage or surface issues are discovered
- The customer changes the requested design or scope
- Custom materials or specialty finishes are required
Track Style will notify the customer before performing material additional work that significantly changes the quoted price.
3. Deposits and Payments
A deposit may be required to reserve an appointment, order materials, or begin design work.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Deposits are applied toward the final invoice
- Remaining balances are due upon completion
- Vehicles may be held until all amounts due are paid
- Charges for custom materials, completed design work, or special orders may be non-refundable
Customers are responsible for approved charges, applicable taxes, and lawful collection costs.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should provide reasonable notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
Deposits may be non-refundable when:
- An appointment is cancelled without sufficient notice
- The customer fails to attend an appointment
- Custom materials have already been ordered
- Design, preparation, or production work has begun
Any cancellation terms stated on an estimate, invoice, or service agreement will also apply.
5. Vehicle Condition
Customers must disclose known:
- Paint damage
- Repainting or body repairs
- Rust or oxidation
- Failing clear coat
- Existing coatings, films, or adhesives
- Aftermarket modifications
- Other conditions that could affect installation
Track Style is not responsible for damage, adhesion failure, or installation limitations caused by pre-existing or undisclosed vehicle conditions.
6. Installation Limitations
Results may vary based on vehicle condition, material, design complexity, environment, and surface condition.
Minor seams, edge visibility, relief cuts, texture, dust, or other small imperfections may occur and do not necessarily indicate defective workmanship.
Wraps, films, tint, and coatings may naturally fade, lift, discolor, stain, scratch, or deteriorate over time due to use, climate, maintenance, and environmental exposure.
7. Customer-Supplied Designs and Materials
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have permission to use any supplied:
- Logos
- Trademarks
- Photographs
- Artwork
- Fonts
- Business names
- Other protected materials
The customer grants Track Style permission to reproduce those materials as necessary to complete the project.
Track Style is not responsible for claims arising from materials supplied or approved by the customer.
8. Design Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving designs before production or installation.
Approval confirms acceptance of:
- Spelling
- Contact details
- Vehicle information
- Colors
- Logos
- Images
- Layout
- Overall design
Screen colors and digital proofs may differ from final printed or installed materials.
Changes requested after approval may result in additional fees or delays.
9. Warranty
Manufacturer warranties are governed by the applicable manufacturer’s terms.
Any workmanship warranty offered by Track Style will be communicated separately and may vary by service.
Warranty coverage may be limited or void when damage results from:
- Accidents or impact
- Improper washing or maintenance
- Pressure washing near edges
- Chemicals, solvents, or abrasives
- Picking, scraping, or intentional damage
- Third-party repairs or modifications
- Neglect, misuse, or environmental exposure
- Pre-existing vehicle conditions
Normal wear and tear is not a workmanship defect.
10. Vehicle Pickup and Storage
Customers must collect their vehicles promptly after being notified that service is complete.
Storage fees may apply when a vehicle remains beyond the agreed pickup period. Vehicles left for an extended period may be handled in accordance with applicable Arizona law.
11. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
- Introduce malicious code
- Interfere with website operation or security
- Copy protected website content without authorization
- Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue website content or features at any time.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Track Style owns or licenses its:
- Branding
- Logos
- Website content
- Photographs
- Graphics
- Designs
- Layouts
- Templates
- Production files
- Other original materials
Payment for services does not transfer ownership of unused concepts, templates, working files, or proprietary production materials unless expressly agreed in writing.
13. SMS Messaging Terms
By selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox on our website, you agree to receive text messages from Track Style regarding:
- Quote requests
- Appointment scheduling and reminders
- Project and installation updates
- Responses to customer inquiries
- Related customer-care communications
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Providing a phone number without selecting the separate SMS consent checkbox does not enroll you in text messaging.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you provide new consent.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and messaging consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS communications are also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Twilio’s current guidance expects messaging terms and opt-in disclosures to identify the nature of the messages, message frequency, applicable rates, HELP instructions, and STOP instructions.
14. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.
15. Third-Party Services
Our website and operations may use third-party services for payments, scheduling, hosting, analytics, communications, or other business functions.
We are not responsible for the independent terms, availability, security, or privacy practices of third-party providers.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Track Style will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including:
- Loss of vehicle use
- Lost profits
- Lost business opportunities
- Loss of data
- Damage caused by pre-existing conditions
- Damage caused by third parties
Track Style’s total liability for a claim relating to a specific service will not exceed the amount paid for that service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Track Style harmless from claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your misuse of the website
- Materials or designs you provide
- False or inaccurate information you submit
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of another person’s intellectual property or other rights
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Arizona unless applicable law requires otherwise.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
